Our Services
Supported Living Coaching
Enabling those with developmental disabilities to learn skills to live independently in their own homes or apartments. We can assist with individualized training such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting. We encourage these skills while also focusing on the consumer’s health, safety and their community connections.
With personal support, we provide assistance and training to the individual in activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and preparation of meals, while also providing each consumer with access to their community.
Personal Support
Companion Services
Companion services provide supervision during socialization activities provided. Companions may also assist the recipient with such tasks as self-care needs, meal preparation, laundry and shopping.

Tommy G’s Place
The journey to creating a company serving the Developmentally Disabled (DD) community began with Keith’s personal experience as a parent. His 38-year-old son, Tommy Grayam, was born with developmental disabilities that include both mental and physical challenges. As Tommy grew older, it became increasingly challenging to find quality care that met his needs. When he could no longer live at home, his parents faced the daunting task of locating a suitable group home—only to discover how elusive quality options were for individuals like him.
This personal struggle inspired Keith to take action. In 2014, he began working with the Developmentally Disabled community. These disabilities often go hand in hand with physical disabilities and mental illness, creating a unique set of challenges for individuals and their families. Through his work, he witnessed the profound need for safe, nurturing, and stable environments where these remarkable individuals could thrive.
Today, we are building Tommy G’s Place with a singular focus: creating a healthy and supportive environment for the DD community. We are passionate about providing a place where individuals can grow, experience their best life, and be celebrated for their unique qualities. This mission is deeply personal, and every effort is driven by the love and determination Keith has for his son and we share for others like him, who deserve nothing less than exceptional care and opportunities to flourish.
